Admin account
Register once with a username and password; after that registration is closed. The
password authorizes every operator route through x-admin-session — no token
is ever typed into a page. The optional chain token (the one
torchain init printed once) is only needed for chain-level actions: sealing
the archive and moving the fee collector (POST /api/admin/fee-receiver). Paste
it here and it is encrypted with your password (AES-GCM) so those actions run from the
session; leave it empty and everything else still works.

reading the metadata cache…
Delete admin account
Deletes the account and re-enables registration. The wallet file is kept so funds are never destroyed.
Node synchronization
One proposer, verified replicas: a replica pulls
GET /api/chain/sync/snapshot, re-hashes every block and the
state root, then imports it with POST /api/admin/sync/import
(its own state.json + blocks.jsonl are replaced
atomically). Nothing is reported green unless the hashes agree.
Integrity check
Token bootstrap
Tickers and names come from the cached public metadata (CoinGecko top list by
market cap). Existing tickers are skipped, the chain charges 5 TOR per
token_create, and every replica shows the result after
POST /api/chain/sync/pull.
Token fleet
reading the market data…
The top 100 by market cap plus the top 20 Solana memecoins, fetched from
key-less providers with two fallbacks each (CoinGecko → CoinPaprika →
CoinLore; CoinGecko’s solana-meme-coins → GeckoTerminal →
DexScreener). Each asset gets its own fresh Ed25519 wallet, funded from the
founder, and one token_create with the provider’s total supply
and its image — the same URL this table, the token table and the launcher
draw. Writes data/metadata/token-fleet.json and
docs/TOKEN_FLEET.md; a ticker that already exists is skipped,
never re-minted.
AI models
Every Ollama model on this device, and which one each surface uses. Saving writes an
override for this node (data/ollama_routing.json); the model must already be
installed, so the dropdown can never store a name that would fail later. Empty =
back to config.yaml / ollama.model.
Data policy
After 30 days the permanent public data survives: the token
table (GET /api/tokens/public, /api/public/tokens)
and the public balance sheet (/api/public/balances,
/api/public/ledger, /api/public/totals) — price,
pools, market cap, 24h volume, mint address, owner, supply, circulating supply,
holder count and every address's balances. Reading is public; spending still
needs the owner's signature (POST /api/wallets/<name>/challenge
→ /session). enforce now deletes expired landing pages, builds,
contract state and launcher metadata, then seals expired chain records into the
private archive.
Recent chain events
Permanent archive admin
Public records expire from view after 30 days but the chain keeps them forever. These two calls are the only way to read or seal them.
Contract deploy rights
Only authorized nodes may deploy Rust contracts (5 TOR each). The token is never shown — only its fingerprint.
Submit a signed transaction
Raw passthrough to POST /api/chain/tx — the node validates the
signature, nonce and fee. Sign one on the wallet page first.
